These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Uttarakhand Rishte ("UKR", "we", "our", "us"). By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before using our services.

1. Registration & Use

  • Registration is completely free and provides access to all essential features.
  • Bonus features (like profile shares) require a one-time payment or a top-up plan.
  • Registered users can create a profile, browse others, find matches, and connect.
  • Non-registered users may view limited data of consenting members only.

2. User Responsibilities

  • All users must provide truthful, accurate, and up-to-date information.
  • UKR verifies profiles and reserves the right to delete any false or misleading profile.
  • Impersonation, offensive content, or inappropriate behavior is strictly prohibited.
  • Accounts found guilty of misuse will be banned or suspended immediately.

3. Payments & Refunds

  • Paid features are available via one-time payments. Memberships like Silver provide limited profile shares.
  • Top-up plans allow users to replenish shares by paying small amounts.
  • All payments are strictly non-refundable.
  • There is no trial period, but the free basic tier can be used indefinitely.

4. User Content & Privacy

  • Users retain ownership of their uploaded content, including photos and biodata.
  • Users control what information is visible to others and can keep data private.
  • In case of a safety concern or misconduct, UKR reserves the right to review locked or private data.
  • Private information will only be publicly shown with the user’s consent.

5. Account Deletion

  • Users can delete their account at any time from their dashboard.
  • Upon deletion, all user data is permanently removed from our servers.
  • Payments made prior to deletion are non-refundable.

6. Communication Between Users

  • Users must initiate communication via the UKR platform.
  • After mutual consent, users may choose to take the conversation offline.
  • Sharing personal contact details or external links is allowed only when users have full rights to do so.

7. Advertisement Policy

UKR does not currently host any third-party advertisements. We focus solely on providing a clean and secure matchmaking experience.

8. Termination of Services

  • UKR reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts found violating our terms or involved in misconduct.
  • Such actions may be taken without prior notice in the interest of platform safety.

9. Legal Jurisdiction

In case of any legal dispute, the jurisdiction will be the courts located in New Delhi, India.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of major changes via email or announcements on the website.
